Chris Fortune, head of the Site Development Division, specializes in clearing, erosion control, road building, septic systems, boulder walls, and landscaping. Heavy equipment on call includes dump trucks, four excavators, and three bulldozers, a packer, seed drills and trenchers, plus numerous sizes of farm tractors and implements.

Chris is a fully licensed grading contractor, as well as an on-site waste water and sewage treatment contractor. Brent Fortune, head of the Concrete Division, specializes in footings, concrete design including stamped and stained concrete, decorative slabs, poured and block foundation walls, and waterproofing.

Heavy equipment on call includes several Bobcats, including both mini excavators and track equipped front-end loaders.
