Road building: Virgin country is cleared for access to hunting areas; trails for ATV and biking are built.

Clearing and thinning: Land is groomed according to type of wildlife

Food plots: After an intensive soil testing procedure, we will condition and plant a variety of flora. Different parts of the country require special planting times depending on the season and termperature range. We use only the best types of seed, for your conditions and requests.

Hydro-seeding: In this effective erosion control method, seed and water are disseminated over an area, with straw laid on top of it. Grass will take root in a week.

High fencing: 10 to 12-foot fences foil poaching and migratory wildlife loss.

Pond construction: Around a natural spring or purpose-built well, ponds large and small are dug out of the ground and engineered to be self-sustaining. Water plays a very important role in keeping wildlife in a certain area.

Lodge construction: A range of structures are possible from a simple shed to more elaborately designed with electricity and indoor plumbing.
